1. Eligibility & Accounts
One user per account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity occurring under your account.
2. Subscriptions & AI Credits
Paid plans unlock the AI Agent. Credits expire at the end of each cycle and are non-refundable once consumed. Cancel anytime in Dashboard.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Lawful use only. No reverse engineering, scraping abuse, or automated credit exhaustion is permitted.
4. Intellectual Property
The SEO & GEO Toolkit brand, mascots, algorithms, and UI are our exclusive property. We grant you a limited license for professional use.
5. Disclaimers & Results
SEO is complex; we provide the tool 'AS IS' and do not guarantee ranking improvements or specific commercial outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of rankings. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
7. Governing Law
