Your privacy is not a marketing promise — it is built into how Search Toolbox works. All 60+ SEO audit tools run entirely inside your browser. No page content is ever sent to our servers. We do not sell your data, we do not profile you, and we do not use your data for advertising — full stop.

1. Browser-First Architecture — Your Data Stays With You
Every SEO audit (meta tags, headings, schema, redirects, hreflang, links, robots.txt) runs 100% locally inside your Chrome browser. No page content is transmitted to our servers. Nothing is stored about the pages you visit. When you close the extension, the data is gone.
2. What We Collect — And Nothing More
We collect only the minimum required to run the service: your email address and account identity (stored securely via Supabase), and your subscription status (managed by Stripe). We never store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment data. We do not collect your browsing history, your passwords, or any personal information from the pages you visit.
3. AI Expert — What Is Sent and Why
When you use the Pixly AI SEO Expert, only technical SEO metadata from the current page is transmitted: the page URL, title, meta description, heading structure (H1/H2s), schema markup types, hreflang tag counts, link counts, and Open Graph fields. Your typed question and conversation history are also included to provide a relevant answer. No passwords, personal files, full page HTML, or browsing history are ever sent. This data is processed transiently by Google's Gemini API solely to generate your SEO recommendations — it is not used to train AI models. Google's data handling is governed by the Google Cloud API Terms of Service.
4. We Never Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling of any kind. The extension complies fully with the Google Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and Google's Limited Use requirements. Access to the active tab occurs only when you explicitly open the extension.
5. Security & Trusted Sub-Processors
All data in transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+) and all data at rest is encrypted (AES-256). We rely on the following trusted sub-processors, each bound by strict data protection agreements: Supabase (authentication & database — EU region), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (API hosting), and Google Gemini API (AI analysis — transient processing only, no retention).
6. Your Rights
You can access, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Dashboard. You may also request deletion by email. We honour GDPR-equivalent rights for all users worldwide, regardless of location.
